Neuraminidase（NRH）

Neuraminidase (NRH, EC 3.2.1.18) is the common name of the acetylneuraminic acid hydrolysis enzyme (sialidase). The enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of the N-acetyl amino acid residues which bind to the α2-3, α2-6, and α2-8 bonds of glycoproteins and oligosaccharides. The NRH provided by our company is  recombinant protein. It is of high purity and good activity.

    Biochemical studies: The concentration of sialic acid (SA) in blood has been used as an important indicator for the existence and development of malignant tumors, and has been widely used in the diagnosis and monitoring of variety of tumors (such as lung cancer, gastric cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, ovarian cancer, etc.). The enzymatic method is rapid and simple. And at the same time it has the advantages of  high sensitivity and easy automation. As a very important enzyme in the detection kit, NRH catalyses the first step of biochemical reaction.
