N-acetylneuraminic acid aldolase (NAL, EC 4.1.3.3) can catalyzes reaction converting N-acetylneuraminic acid into N-acetamido-D-mannose and pyruvate. The NAL provided by our company is a gene recombinant production. It is of high purity and good activity .
Biochemical studies: the concentration of salivary acid (SA) in blood has been used as an important indicator for the existence and development of malignant tumors, and has been widely used in the diagnosis and monitoring of variety of tumors (such as lung cancer, gastric cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, ovarian cancer, etc.). The enzymatic method is rapid and simple. And at the same time it has the advantages of, high sensitivity and easy automation. NAL is a very important enzyme in the detection kit. It catalyzes the conversion of N-acetyl amino acid to pyruvate, followed by the subsequent reaction of pyruvate to complete the detection.
