N-Acetylneuraminic Acid Aldolase（NAL）

N-acetylneuraminic acid aldolase (NAL, EC 4.1.3.3) can catalyzes reaction converting N-acetylneuraminic acid into N-acetamido-D-mannose and pyruvate. The NAL provided by our company is a gene recombinant production. It is of high purity  and good activity .

The enzymatic method is rapid and simple. And at the same time it has the advantages of, high sensitivity and easy automation. NAL is a very important enzyme in the detection kit. It catalyzes the conversion of N-acetyl amino acid to pyruvate, followed by the subsequent reaction of pyruvate to complete the detection.
