CRISPR-Cas9

Cas9 protein is a product of gene recombinant expression and purification. The gene is derived from Streptococcus pyogenes and has the function of binding sgRNA and cutting dsDNA in vitro. It cuts within 3 bases of the target sequence at NGG on PAM (ProtospacerAdjacent Motif). The NGG of the PAM sequence must be attached after the target site, on the opposite strand of DNA complementary to the sgRNA. This product is mainly used for CRISPR/Cas9 system in vitro enzyme digestion experiments, CRISPR target screening, synthetic biology, genome editing, etc.
